Photography and Recording:

Please note that the use of unauthorized photographic and recording equipment is not allowed in our performance venues. We reserve the right to ask anyone disrupting a performance to leave the hall.

Lost and Found:

Eastman’s Lost and Found is located at the Eastman Theatre House Manager’s Office. To learn if we found your lost item, you can call (585) 274-3000, Monday – Friday 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, or email us at boxoffice@esm.rochester.edu. 

Ticketing Policy For Eastman Events:

All sales are final: No refunds for events that are held as scheduled

If you are not able to attend an event, please contact the Box Office in advance of the scheduled event.  You may exchange your tickets for a different performance of equal value with no additional fees, or you may donate the price of your tickets. Please note: There are no refunds or adjustments for tickets purchased prior to a promotion or special offer.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be informed and offered the choice of account credit for a future event, or donating the price tickets.

Beware of Ticket Scammers! There are NO AUTHORIZED RESELLERS of tickets for concerts and events at the Eastman School of Music and the Eastman Theatre Box Office is the only way to purchase tickets for concerts in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre, Kilbourn Hall, and Hatch Recital Hall. Buying tickets from resellers and other individuals is at your own risk and the tickets may not be valid or allow the holder entrance to the concert or event.
