Eastman Leadership Bootcamp – ONLINE
June 24-28, 2024 / Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. and 6-8:30 p.m. (EDT) each day
Online course

Many professionals currently working for or developing an arts organization – such as a music school, a festival, a 501(c)(3) – are looking to make the move to a higher leadership position and take their careers and organizations to the next level. The Bootcamp was designed with this transitional stage in mind. This intensive weeklong series of online interactive workshops and case studies is tailored around a young-professional’s work schedule – a long-lunch session followed by an early evening session to limit the time participants need to be away from their day jobs.

Participants will gain a unique set of skills, techniques, and knowledge that will allow them to enhance their careers and grow as a leader. Each session works with an expert in the field of finance, law, fundraising, DEI, and leadership. These topics are explored by assessing targeted case studies that highlight current leadership issues facing the music world and actively working to develop the tools necessary to implement real world applications for addressing these issues. Following the online workshops, participants will be set up with 1:1 mentorship sessions through the end of the summer with all of our lead faculty.
