Non-Matriculated Student Registration Form

The Eastman School of Music offers non-matriculated students the ability to take select courses for professional development, personal enrichment, or as a prelude to making a commitment to a degree program. To enroll as a non-matriculated student, please complete the below form. Enrollment is subject to approval by the Office of Academic Affairs, and additional information may be required to confirm readiness for a particular course.

This form is only for students hoping to enroll in credit bearing, collegiate-level coursework. Individuals wishing to enroll in courses through the Eastman Community Music School, the Eastman Conservatory Exchange program, or Summer@Eastman should contact those offices directly for registration instructions.
