Jazz Room Rehearsal Form

Jazz Room Bookings

Please use this form to request room reservations for your group/individual rehearsals. You may use this form to reserve a room for the same time over the entire semester, or to make one-time reservations. The Registrar's Office will verify you are correctly registered in the current term, as this form is only available for use by students in the Jazz program. Failure to follow these rules may result in you and/or your group losing the right to reserve rooms through the Registrar's Office. Questions can be directed to the Registrar's Office - registrar@esm.rochester.edu.

Please allow our office 2-4 business days to complete the booking and send your group a confirmation e-mail. If this is an urgent request, please contact the Registrar's office by stopping in our office located in Miller Center (1st Floor) by phone - (585) 274-1220 or e-mail - registrar@esm.rochester.edu.
