Chamber Group Room Rehearsal Form

This is a room rehearsal form for approved Chamber groups to use to submit a request to book a room for the entire semester or a one time booking.

If you are an approved Chamber Group, please use this form to request a room for the entire semester or a one time use reservation. Our office will verify if you are registered for a Chamber Group or we will contact the Chamber Department if we need further clarification. Please allow our office 2-4 business days to complete the booking and send your group a confirmation e-mail. If this is an urgent request, please contact the Registrar's office by stopping in our office located in Miller Center (1st Floor) by phone – (585) 274-1220 or e-mail – registrar@esm.rochester.edu.
