The Eastman School of Music’s Faculty Artist Series, supported by Patricia Ward-Baker, kicks off the 2015-2016 season with five straight days of recitals beginning Tuesday, Sept. 1. Held in the School’s acoustically superb Hatch Recital and Kilbourn Halls, the series will feature 30 of the School’s renowned artist teachers, performers, and composers.
The recitals give local audiences the chance to experience performances and works by the school’s faculty members, who make frequent appearances around the world. The variety of recital dates and times makes it possible to find performances that fit in everyone’s schedule.
Tickets to the Eastman Faculty Artist Series are available at the Eastman Theatre Box Office, 433 East Main St., 585-454-2100. They are $10 for the general public; UR ID holders are admitted for free.
