The Eastman-Rochester Chorus, William Weinert, director, will be one of the 14 Rochester-area choirs showcased in A Taste of Song, a free concert to be presented by the Greater Rochester Choral Consortium on Sunday, March 25 at 4 p.m. in the Eastman Theatre. The 150-voice chorus, which consists of members from the greater Rochester community and students from the Eastman School of Music, will perform Randall Thompson’s popular Alleluia led by Weinert, Professor of Conducting at the Eastman School of Music.
The Eastman-Rochester Chorus is a founding member of the Greater Rochester Choral Consortium.
