Driving for Dollars

Fatigue and stress are both things that take a huge toll on me, but that I also tend to underestimate in everyday life. Sometimes what is most trying is just worrying about how I am going to get the bills paid. I know it doesn’t really help the problem to worry about it, but does that ever stop anyone?

At the best of times, I get a nap here and there, but often I don’t get nearly enough sleep. Eating well – something I am not very good at – also becomes a major issue for me in adding to my general well being. As I get older, I am realizing more and more that I cannot continue to abuse my body and not expect detrimental results. However, having said that, I still find myself looking at a rough schedule over the next few days and simply powering through instead of finding little ways to relieve some stress and deal with fatigue before it becomes a problem.
