Congratulations Graduates!
Congratulations to the Class of 2013!
Here is what some of our most recent graduates will be doing after Eastman:
Renée Vogen is currently pursuing a MM in Horn Performance at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She is extremely excited to be studying with Jim Smelser, second horn of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Renée is delighted to be inspired by the classical music scene in Chicago by attending as many concerts as possible!
Kelly Suthers graduated last May and is off to Evanston, IL to begin her masters degree in horn performance.
A few of the hornists from the class of 2012 also finished up their coursework last fall or spring, either student teaching or as part of the Take Five Scholars Program.
Allyson Schuler graduated this May with a B.M. in Horn Performance and a B.A. in Economics. This fall she will be going to Sarajevo, Bosnia to play 4th horn in the International Cultural Exchange Program with the Sarajevo Philharmonic in Bosnia in conjunction with BHAAAS (Bosnian Herzegovinian American Academy of Arts and Sciences).
Congratulations and best wishes to all!
