The faculty and staff members on the Inclusion at Eastman Committee are committed to honoring and encouraging the individual identities of all who make up the Eastman community. We at Eastman, acknowledge the importance of tolerance, patience, honesty, and appreciation of each other’s differences in a culturally and ideologically diverse population.

Inclusion at Eastman Committee
The Committee sponsors events to facilitate dialogue within the Eastman community around subjects of inclusion and equity. It advocates for community support of student-initiated diversity projects, approves funding for department guests under the EDDI (Eastman Departmental Diversity Initiative) program, and advises on administrative efforts to build capacity for change in our policies and practices.
