Please fill out this form no less than three weeks before your Eastman recital or concert. Note that this is NOT a scheduling form and should only be used to provide information about performances that are already booked.

Please note that the Concert Office does not provide programs, ushers, or technical support for student non-degree recitals. Students with an upcoming non-degree recital should not complete this form. Inquiries about large ensemble events (orchestra, wind ensemble, or choir) should be directed to the Conducting and Ensembles department rather than submitted here.

Dress Rehearsal

Student recitalists are allowed a 90 minute dress rehearsal in their hall, which was assigned at your scheduling appointment and is listed in your confirmation email. Additionally, you have access to the hall 30 minutes before the start of your performance to set up and warm up on the recital day. No additional rehearsal time in the performance venue will be allowed. If you have questions about your dress rehearsal, please visit the Concert Office between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Student recitals are limited to 60 minutes. Please fix the timing for individual pieces so that the Sum of lengths field shows 60 or less.

Please review the following large ensemble policies:

All requests are subject to approval by the Concert Office.
The Kilbourn Hall stage extension is not set up or removed for student recitals.
Both pianos remain on stage for student recitals in Kilbourn.
Set-up for a large ensemble must be done within the 30-minute warm-up prior to the start of the recital. Teardown (this includes percussion and any additional equipment) must be completed within the remaining time of the recital slot. Due to other scheduled events in the hall and to be equitable to all students, no additional time is allowed.
Due to stage size, ensembles are generally limited to 9 performers for Hatch Recital Hall.
