Tuition Waivers
University of Rochester employees* and their dependent children may be eligible to receive a 25% tuition waiver off ECMS tuition.
Tuition waivers are good for one year from July 1-June 30, and must be renewed annually. Tuition Waiver applications require providing a Student ID number, which can be obtained by calling the ECMS office (585-274-1400) or by consulting your bill or UR Student account.

HOW TO APPLY
To apply for a Dependent Child Tuition Waiver:
Log into myURHR Workday using your Active Directory, click on ‘Benefits and Pay’ on the homepage under the Apps section, click on ‘Dependent Child Tuition Waiver Application’ under the Suggested Links section.
To apply for an Employee Tuition Waiver:
Log into myURHR Workday using your Active Directory, click on ‘Benefits and Pay’ on the homepage under the Apps section, click on ‘Employee Tuition Reimbursement Application’ under the Suggested Links section.

* Highland Hospital employees, Strong Memorial Hospital residents, fellows, and departmental fellows are not included in the UR Tuition Waiver benefit.
