A native of New Hampshire, Nathan Barcelona began his organ studies in high school with the Young Organist Collaboration, a scholarship committee designed to teach and uplift young organists. While in New Hampshire, Nathan served as the organ scholar for St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Nashua, NH, under Eric Dolch. After three years of studying in New Hampshire, Nathan moved down to Clemson, South Carolina, where he studied with Dr. Charles Tompkins of Furman University, in Greenville, South Carolina. Nathan is now a first year undergraduate student at the Eastman School of Music, and studies under Prof. David Higgs, and sings in the Schola Cantorum at Christ Church under the tutelage of Prof. Stephen Kennedy. He is the current organist at Our Lady of Victory & St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rochester, New York.
