Together, those who enroll in the Eastman School of Music / University of Rochester Treble Chorus create a vocal ensemble of students from across the university who sing a wide variety of music in class and in concert throughout the semester. Members closely study choral literature from varied historical and cultural origins, bringing to life compelling repertoire created with mature treble voices in mind. The curriculum emphasizes music composed by women and composers and texts that express a diversity of experiences and perspectives. Members take part in an immersive learning experience in the arts and humanities.
