Student Degree Recital Planning Form
Submitting this form indicates your intention to enter the scheduling lottery for a Degree Recital occurring next semester. It is your responsibility to discuss your intention to complete a recital with your professor before submitting the form and to ensure your professor’s and any collaborator’s availability for the date you select during scheduling. Once your Degree Recital has been confirmed it may not be cancelled without legitimate reasons AND approval by the Senior Associate Dean of Graduate Studies. DMA students needing only to schedule a Lecture Recital should NOT complete this form or enter the lottery.
