Originally from Hemlock, New York, Lilah Costanzo is a sophomore French horn performance major at the Eastman School of Music. A Rochester native, she studied under Nikolette LaBonte and Stephen Laifer prior to attending Eastman, where she is now a student of Peter Kurau. She participates in a variety of musical ensembles, including the Eastman School Symphony Orchestra, Wind Orchestra, Brass Guild, Horn Choir, her horn quartet Earth, Wind & Geyer, and a wind quintet. Outside of horn, she enjoys playing piano, painting and drawing, reading, and playing volleyball.
