Courses for collegiate students, teachers and professionals

Collegiate Courses are offered in applied music, music composition, English as a second language, music education, music history, music technology and music theory. Note that most courses are for graduate level students and carry full academic credit. Most students who take these courses are previously matriculated at the Eastman School of Music or are “summers only” graduate students in music education.

Eastman is pleased to consider applications from students attending other institutions and professionals in music by offering them admission via “special student status”, subject to space, in the particular class requested.
