The Office of Careers and Professional Development is happy to advertise any music related positions available at your organization. Depending on the kind of position being filled, they will be posted either in our online Employment Opportunities Listing or on our Gig Service.

The Employment Opportunities Listing shares a range of music positions (teaching, performing, conducting, arts administration and technology, etc.) to Eastman students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

The Eastman School of Music is known in the Rochester community for providing excellent student musicians for a range of events. Our Gig Service is a database of local music employment opportunities submitted to us from the community and focuses on one-time gigs and recurring short-term appointments, including local lessons.

As a general rule, the Employment Opportunities Listing will share permanent/long-term positions, while the Gig Service is for one-time/short term functions (mainly in the greater Rochester area). Please fill out the appropriate form below. You will receive confirmation once your submission has been posted.
