Request Your Eastman Alumni ID
In order to access online services for alumni, you'll need your Alumni ID number to set up your account. If you have any recent mailing from Eastman, you can find your ID number above your name and address on the label. If not, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@esm.rochester.edu or by phone at 585.274.1111 (local) or 866.ESM.ALUM (toll-free). If you reach us during business hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time, you will receive your ID number right away; if you call after hours or if you email us, be sure to provide your full name, graduation year, and your phone number.
