About the Eastman Alumni Directory

First and foremost, be assured that your privacy is protected. Access to the online directory is granted to authorized users only — Eastman alumni and School administration. Additionally, the default display for an individual's record reveals only basic information: name, degree and year, instrument and studio, and city and state. The power to hide or show your personal information is in your hands.

Once your account is created and you've logged in for the first time, you'll be asked to review your own record for accuracy. Any changes you make will be reflected the next time all directory data is refreshed. (Data will be refreshed on a monthly basis.) You will also be asked to select which elements of your record are shown to or hidden from other alumni (i.e., you may choose to show your email address but hide your home address). Hiding or showing personal information takes effect immediately. Return to the directory and update your record at any time.

To access the directory right now , find a recent piece of mail addressed to you from the Eastman School of Music. The number above your name on the label is your alumni ID. Select "create your account" below. If you don't have mail from Eastman on hand, choose "request your ID " below.

You'll find that looking up friends and colleagues is easy and intuitive. You can search by first, maiden, or last name; class year; instrument or studio; state; and so much more.
